My Fitness Journey: From Struggles to Strengths
Welcome to Fit and Feminine! I’m Helen, and I’m so excited to share my journey with you. For most of my life, I struggled with being underweight. I hovered around 90 to 100 pounds and found it challenging to gain weight or build muscle. It wasn’t until I stepped into the gym that things began to change. Through dedication and consistency, I’ve gone from 100 pounds to 130 pounds, and along the way, I’ve discovered the transformative power of fitness.
In this space, I want to share what I’ve learned, from workout tips and nutrition advice to empowering stories that celebrate every step of the journey. My goal is to create a supportive, vibrant community where women can feel confident and empowered in their fitness journeys.
